Process

  • Collaborate and consult with the client to identify the best prospects and expand research.

  • Conduct comprehensive research and data enrichment to develop target opportunities.

  • Outreach and qualify each prospect according to fit and the client's defined search criteria.

  • Management Calls: Coordinate calls and meetings with actionable prospects.

  • NDA and Financials: Verify information and determine fit with the client’s criteria.

  • Schedule In-Person: Build relationships and trust with target owners.

  • LOI: Execute LOI based on Structure and Valuation.

  • Due Diligence: Stay engaged & assist at every phase of the process, from initiation to closing.
